We’re hard working, ethical techie folk that want to spread the ease and joy of technology. We charge by the hour, we don’t bulk sell hours or services that expire – where you lose out.
Most importantly, we’re friendly and can speak in non-technical language that you can understand.

Secure and safe
Our technicians are industry certified, and complete with Working with Children Checks and Police Checks prior to employment.

We adhere to the Department of Education guidelines and policies when conducting work on DoE sites.
Affordability
We charge by the hour; we do not bulk sell hours or services that expire – where you eventually lose out. Our services are charged at one flat fee rate, with no contracts and no obligation. Exceptions are on goods that are installed via third parties and our premium services.

Reliability
All works are completed with the utmost quality. We ensure we find the best and suitable fix that solves the problem once and for all.
Unlike some providers, if we cannot resolve the issue due to department restrictions, or manufacturer involvement we do not leave the job there. We will liaise with the relevant third party and see the job through to completion.
